Most of my friends are at opposite corners of the globe at the moment. This wasn’t exactly how summer was supposed to be. Granted, I’m pissing off tomorrow too, and trying to get used to the fact that I won’t be on the tube or see my cat for over 3 weeks. And I’m totally missing the olympics here, what a fantastic Londoner I am.

Oh god, my friend Ellen is something else. Recently in photography she did a whole photo shoot with an SLR without a film in the camera (which we realised in the darkroom later). And when I met up with her the other day, I tried to ring and text her phone before, she had no idea why it wouldn’t go through..and it was because she didn’t have a sim card in the phone. Ahh. Love her.
